Acceptable Use Policy

This Acceptable Use Policy (“AUP”) applies to all use of dhruvantasystems.com (the “Site”). It supplements our Terms of Use. Customers using Dhruvanta Systems products are additionally subject to the AUP in their subscription agreement.
2. Prohibited conduct
You must not use the Site to:
- Violate laws or regulations — including but not limited to the Information Technology Act 2000, the DPDP Act 2023, and applicable intellectual property laws.
- Conduct security attacks — probing, scanning, fuzzing, or attempting to exploit vulnerabilities in this Site or its underlying infrastructure.
- Send spam or unsolicited messages — submitting mass, automated, or deceptive content through any form or API endpoint.
- Scrape or harvest data — extracting content in bulk or in a way that degrades Site performance or circumvents access controls.
- Impersonate others — misrepresenting your identity, affiliation, or authorisation in any form submission.
- Transmit harmful content — uploading or linking to malware, ransomware, or any code intended to disrupt, damage, or gain unauthorised access to any system.
- Infringe intellectual property — reproducing, copying, or distributing any material from this Site without prior written consent.
3. Enforcement
Dhruvanta Systems reserves the right to block access to this Site, report prohibited conduct to relevant authorities, and seek legal remedies for any breach of this AUP without prior notice.

If you believe this Site is being used in violation of this AUP, or to report a security vulnerability, contact us at security@dhruvantasystems.com. We follow responsible disclosure practices.
5. Changes
We may update this AUP at any time. The effective date at the top of this page will reflect the most recent version.
