This website (dhruvantasystems.com) is operated by Dhruvanta Systems Private Limited (“Dhruvanta Systems,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). Registered in India under CIN U62013TS2026PTC212638, PAN AAMCD5233F. Registered office: 15-11-86, Ramannapet, Matwada, Warangal, Telangana 506002, India.

We build and operate software products for businesses. This page describes how we handle personal data collected through this marketing website only. For data handling inside our products, refer to the Data Processing Addendum available to customers.

This website has no contact form, no user accounts, and no server-side code of its own — it is a static site with zero API routes and zero server actions. Contact happens by email, off this website entirely, at the mailboxes listed on our Contact page; we do not control or describe that email exchange here. Two pages on this website do send data to a service beyond your browser as part of doing the thing you asked them to do:

• Invoice verification (/verify-invoice): if you upload an invoice PDF to check it is genuine, the file is sent to the Dhruvanta Systems Verifiable Document Service to check the signature embedded in it. That document can carry personal data printed on the invoice (for example a customer name). The file is used only to answer that one request and is not stored afterward.
• Agent release lookup (/download/printanywhere-agent): this page calls the public GitHub API directly from your browser to show the current release version. That request discloses your IP address and browser user-agent to GitHub, governed by GitHub’s own privacy statement. The download buttons on that page work even if this call fails or is blocked.
• Analytics: we use Vercel Analytics, which collects anonymised visit data (page path, referrer, country, device type). No cookies are set; no cross-site tracking occurs; individual users are not identified.

We do not operate user accounts, advertising trackers, or remarketing pixels on this website.

Under India’s Digital Personal Data Protection Act 2023 (DPDP Act) and applicable law, we process the invoice PDF you choose to upload on the basis that it is necessary to perform the verification check you have explicitly requested. The GitHub release lookup and Vercel Analytics are processed on the basis of our legitimate interest in operating and improving this website.

Analytics data is processed in aggregate; it does not constitute personal data under the DPDP Act as no individual is identified.

• To check the signature on an invoice PDF you choose to upload, and return the result to you.
• To display the current release version on the agent download page.
• To understand aggregate website traffic patterns and improve this site.
• To comply with our legal obligations.

We do not sell personal data, and we do not use anything described above for marketing.

We share data only with service providers that operate under appropriate data processing agreements, or that a specific page calls directly at your request:

• Vercel Inc. — website hosting and anonymised analytics. Data processed in the United States under EU Standard Contractual Clauses and equivalent safeguards.
• Dhruvanta Systems platform services (Verifiable Document Service) — receives an invoice PDF only when you upload one on /verify-invoice, solely to check its signature.
• GitHub, Inc. — your browser calls GitHub’s public API directly from the agent download page, as described in section 2.

We do not share data with third parties for advertising or commercial purposes.

This website does not itself retain the data described in section 2: an uploaded invoice PDF is used only to answer the verification request and is not stored by us afterward, and the GitHub release lookup is not logged by this site. Vercel Analytics data is aggregate and anonymised and is retained under Vercel’s own analytics data-retention terms. We may retain records for longer if required by law or where a legal claim is pending.

Under the DPDP Act 2023 and other applicable law, you have the right to:

• Access the personal data we hold about you.
• Correct inaccurate data.
• Withdraw consent and request erasure of data processed on that basis.
• Nominate a representative to exercise these rights on your behalf.
• Lodge a complaint with the Data Protection Board of India once operational.

To exercise any right, write to privacy@dhruvantasystems.com. We will respond within 72 hours to acknowledge and within 30 days to fulfil the request.

This website does not set any first-party cookies. Vercel Analytics operates without cookies by collecting anonymised, aggregated signals. See our Cookie Policy for full details.

This website is directed at businesses and professionals. We do not knowingly collect data from individuals under 18 years of age. If you believe we have inadvertently collected such data, contact us immediately.
