What the PrintAnywhere Agent does.
A lightweight Windows companion app for print-shop and pickup-point operators. It is not required to use PrintAnywhere as a customer — it is for the partner who runs the printer.
Prints jobs securely, on your terms
The agent pulls only the jobs assigned to your printer, renders the server-prepared PDF, and applies the physical print settings (duplex, paper tray, colour). You can hold, release, or reject jobs, and pause the printer for maintenance.
Stays in the background
After setup the agent runs quietly in the system tray, polls for new jobs, and shows a Windows notification when a job is waiting for manual release. No customer data is stored on the PC beyond the active print job.

Verify your download
Confirm the installer is authentic before you run it.
Every release is code-signed, so Windows shows the publisher as Dhruvanta Systems Private Limited in the User Account Control prompt. For an independent check, verify the SHA-256 checksum against the value we publish alongside the installer.
Download the installer and the checksum file
Save PrintAnywhereSetup.exe and SHA256SUMS.txt from the buttons above into the same folder (for example, your Downloads folder).
Compute the SHA-256 of the installer
Open PowerShell in that folder and run the Get-FileHash command shown below. It prints the SHA-256 hash of the file you downloaded.

Compare it against the published checksum
Open SHA256SUMS.txt and confirm the hash for PrintAnywhereSetup.exe matches the value PowerShell printed. If they match, the file is authentic and untampered. If they differ, do not run it — re-download or contact support@dhruvantasystems.com.
